Welcome to Doorstep Cupping. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using any of our doorstep cupping therapy services in Hubballi-Dharwad, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services or website.
Doorstep Cupping provides alternative and holistic wellness therapies, including but not limited to Wet Cupping (Hijama), Fire Cupping, Acupressure, and Dry Needling (Acupuncture). These services are strictly therapeutic and intended for relaxation, wellness, and holistic pain management. They do not constitute formal medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional medical care.
Our therapists are certified practitioners in alternative therapies but are not licensed medical doctors. If you have an underlying medical condition, chronic illness, or undiagnosed pain, you must consult a licensed physician before booking any cupping therapy session.
Prior to any treatment, you must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medications you are currently taking (especially blood thinners). The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if they determine that cupping therapy may be contraindicated for your specific health condition. We assume no responsibility for adverse reactions occurring due to undisclosed medical conditions.
Bookings can be made via our website form or WhatsApp. Once a booking is requested, our team will confirm the appointment based on availability. We require at least 12 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of home visits. Repeated cancellations or failure to be present at the agreed-upon home address at the scheduled time may result in refusal of future services.
Payment for the services must be made immediately following the completion of the therapy session unless agreed otherwise prior to the visit. We accept cash, UPI, and major digital wallets. All prices are transparent and will be communicated to you before the session begins. There are no hidden charges.
We pride ourselves on using 100% sterile, single-use, disposable equipment for all Hijama (Wet Cupping) and Dry Needling sessions. We require a relatively clean, quiet, and well-lit space in your home to set up our equipment and perform the therapy safely.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Doorstep Cupping, its therapists, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. By agreeing to receive treatment, you acknowledge that therapies like Wet Cupping involve minor superficial skin incisions and suction, which will leave temporary circular marks (bruises) on the skin. This is a normal part of the process, and we are not liable for these expected cosmetic outcomes or any subsequent mild soreness.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
